This Knife is made for all work in the kitchen. A good allrounder knife when it’s comes to cooking and preparing food. The blade is made of 26C3 High Carbon Steel, what means it’s not rust resistent and not made for to have it in the dishwasher! 26C3 High Carbon Steel is a very clean and fine-grained Steel for fine and razor sharp edges.
